I love that the runtime is 11:11 for this. Seems magical maybe? Thank you for showing different angles. I immediately notice my posture was off and saw that my oh my elbows are bent oops overheads weren’t coming back far enough. I also think my kettlebell might be a bit heavy for a couple of these. It was fairly challenging towards the last few reps. So that also might mean I’m using the perfect weight too. Idk but it’s pink and gold and the only one this pretty was 15lbs and it’s definitely working so I’ll keep it like this!

@WorkoutWithRoxanne thank you for uploading this beginner video. I am recovering from open heart surgery (2022) and have been cleared for exercise by my medical team. As my chest muscles are still weak, this video was awesome in getting me back to starting weight lifting and being physical again. I used a 5 lb weight for this workout so as not to overdo it the first time yet I still feel the burn in my arms. I loved the length of the video as well - perfect for beginners - and without a huge time commitment to start, so easy to fit in between daily living tasks. I can't wait to try your other videos to round out my "back to fit" status! Gratefully yours.

that was fun! i could see myself doing this as a routine a couple of times through. i'm just starting to get healthy enough to try my hand at weight work again, after some injuries and illnesses. even with a five pound kettlebell this was challenging but didn't kill me. it makes me excited to see the rest of your channel. this style of video and timing with showing the clock and the next exercise, really vibes with my learning style.

im a bit ignorant when it comes to weight lifting but will this increase muscle mass and lower body fat (decreasing my body fat percentage is my goal) but also not getting bulky and looking "ripped"

When you weight train the muscles you train will grow yes, if you have a diet with enough protein to grow the muscles 💪🏼

Can I started with a lower weight and work my way up to higher( the lowest my gym has is 4 kgs)? I've never done kettle bells so don't wanna over work myself

Absolutely, start off with a light weight, then as you gain strength you can progress to a heavier weight. Form is more important than the weight used. Keep smashing it 😊💪🏼

The larger one is 10 kgs and smaller is 6kgs, see how you go with the single arm work, take it slow and don't do as many reps focusing on form.
