Day 1: It was easy and it was fun! My stomach is on fire and I'm sweating! Day 2: I already feel like a pro! I didn't have to take as many breaks as yesterday. Yesterday I took like 5-7 breaks. Today I took 2 breaks! I feel really good! Day 3: Took exams and packed for a trip all day! I'll be back! Day 4: I love this workout! I not only feel it in my stomach but in my thighs! I looked in the mirror today and I'm not kidding, I already see results!! Day 5: Got home from a trip at 12 at night! I will be back! Day 6: A busy day today but I went on a light jog and walk today with a waist trainer! Day 7: I notice a difference! My stomach is getting smaller and I'm losing my waist/love handles. Day 8: I'm getting confidence for once lol. My stomach is slowly but surely getting smaller and like I said, my love handles are becoming more and more less visible. Day 9: HI GUYS!! IM BACK!! THERE WAS A RAT IN MY HOUSE AND I WAS TO SCARED TO WORKOUT BUT IM BACK AND READY🤣🤣! The workout is working and I notice a BIG difference. My stomach is smaller like I said I’m gonna keep going! Day 10: I did the workout today on my couch because I'm still scared ahahah. For some reason I sweated more than usual when doing this. I feel really good again. My stomach is slowly but surely showing results. Day 11: ✅ Day 12: ✅ Day 13: ✅ Day 14: ✅ Day 15: ✅ Day 16: ✅ Day 17: ✅ Day 18: ✅ Hi Guys!!! It’s June 20, 2022 and I’ve still been doing the workout but I just haven’t been commenting. I see a difference in my stomach and I’m gonna keep doing it. Hi Guys! It’s June 27, 2022 and this workout definitely works. My stomach is giant and not a medium sized belly. I have a 3d pot belly and my belly is starting to sag and I’m starting to have a lot of loose skin. So YES!!! This workout is perfect. Still doing it until I get the belly I want!

Ok so its my first day and i i absolutely love you. So i just quit gymnastics, 2 wks ago and my body is getting a little out of shape so i wanna prevent that beforehand. Basically ive tried other people but the workouts felt as if they were dragging on FOREVER all you heard was the timer from the beeps and 30 seconds felt like 2 minutes. With the way you keep talking and dont let there be silence is so perfect because 1. Im never bored and 2. The time goes SO fast. Time is up before i even know it. Day 1 : loved it and have hope, didn't hurt too bad but definitely did alot. Day 2 : idek i mean i feel discouraged but probably because its 11:00 at night, and im tired. But we'll see how it is tomorrow Day 3 : wow omg so today i was more into it, less tired and its 10:18 pm right now, im feeling the burn and have hope!! Im so in love with this and am going to hold myself to this workout, i am definitely changing my eating habits and portions a bit and well im so glad! Day 4 : so today i did the workout earlier starting at 9:32. I had defined abs before especially as a gymnast and all, but im turning 14 in ten days and i lost my abs a bit, now theyre being more visibly defined thanks to your workout 💓 today i was proud because i pushed through and did not allow a break even though it was SO tempting today. Ill update you guys tomorrow

These workouts really help! I started with just this one and after like 1-2 weeks I started to see how my stomach got toned and then I started doing 2-3 of her videos a day and after about three or so weeks I already had really toned abs. Although I stoped doing workouts for about two months but now I’m back and hoping to lose that belt fat I gained before my graduation!!

I used to be very thin and fit. I’ve never been overweight! In the past 2 years, I have gained about 50 pounds and I’m only 5 ft tall. So I feel like I look even bigger considering that I’m short. I’ve been really wanting to get back into exercising so bad and I keep telling myself I’m GONNA DO IT! Today is my first day getting into it and I hope I can stick with it!

REBECCA PLS HELP: So I have been doing this workout and your extreme abs flat stomach workout for two months and only took 4 rest days in those 2 months. It was not until a few days ago I started feeling SO TIRED when doing them and they were not as easy as they used to be. I just don't get it, because it was so random that I just randomly felt tired and bad while doing them and they used to be easy.

are you eating enough? I'm not Rebecca, but I know that on the days I don't take all my vitamins I feel light headed and tired working out. If you recently started making massive changes to your diet that could be it.

I did my second routine of this lower ab workout and wow I can feel.the burn. I feel myself getting stronger and getting through the whole 10 minute without rest in between. This is a killer workout. Thank you im looking at some of your other workouts as well.

Thanks for the workout, Rebecca. The scissors were probably the most relaxing exercise 😂 one question. I guess this is because I have tight quads. My quads actually hurt during the scissors and a lot of leg drop exercises. Any way to minimize this, Rebecca? Do I need to stretch more?

@@Rebeccalouisefitness - Yes Rebecca. I’m bending my knees according to the modifications, however, for most ab exercises, my quads burn more than my abs. I find this really strange.
