Did it!! Loved it! I went for it and held the last low plank from the start of the first time ALL the way through to the very end of 2nd time. 😁😁🔥🔥

Rebecca I need your help! I've been following your routines for so long and it worked I felt so good and I'm thankful for that, but now I just don't feel the burn in my abs anymore. I don't know what to do, I guess my abs just adapted to all that exercises...What should I do? Please help me!

Thank you very much for this amazing workout film, this is really intensive and makes me tired. But I have to say....it does work! Although I've not lost weights much but already helped me shape the body a lot and it just around 2 weeks! Keep going, girls!! Don't quit!

I haven't crumpled into a heap after a workout like that in ages. Second day after is killer, but man, it's such a motivation to get stronger, especially in those arms and shoulders!

I was literally on the verge of stopping the whole workout midway but decided against it with all that I can and damn was it the most challenging 15 minutes of my life!! I was really really REALLYYY trembling on the last few minutes of that! Thanks for another burn, Rebecca!! 🔥

Honestly this workout is more focused on arms in my opinion because I couldn’t feel my abs work one bit but all I felt pain in were my arms like my arms were dying so I think if you have weak arms this workout is gonna workout your arms more than your abs

Once you get those arms strengthened, *trust* me when you focus on pulling in that core, you will most definitely feel it in the abs too. 😁🔥❤

Hi Rebecca!!! wow this was the best!!! arms are killing me lol. i first did lower abs 10min. and this one. my tummy waist abs is my biggest problem, so i focus on this and weight with arms. some cardio to or bike ride. but my arms had a good workout to. the lower abs exsersize before was 100

@@Rebeccalouisefitness Update: i did it for 5 days, 2 days break, for 2 weeks and... first of all, it took me 2 weeks to start NOT to sweat like an ... at the end at the workout 😂 and 2nd i got some really good ab muscles, toned arms and shoulder area. A great workout!! 😍
