This gentle morning yoga practice is a simple sequence to help wake up your body and mind. We will move and stretch the entire body, starting from the floor and ending in Mountain Pose. WELCOME BACK dear lady. I do know first hand how to slowly get back into yoga. As I have had several shoulder, hand, and wrist injuries. Completely detached supraspinatus, fractured wrist during my senior journey. Yoga and therapy brought me back. Mindfulness and breathing techniques are now in my daily routines.
