This was day #13 of my fourth month doing the 30 day yoga challenge. I am so grateful for this program. I don't know how I would have gotten through covid and this winter without it. I used to do yoga everyday for and hour or more and i fell out of it. This has been great to follow everyday to bring myself back up to where i was! This was my favorite video! I have had issues with my sciatic nerve on and off for years and that dragon pose felt AHmazing!!!! I have watched and practiced through other channels and, for me, this channel is the best! I have my qualifying exams today for grad school and woke up w/ a tremendous amount of anxiety. As I lay in bed I said, “I need a detox” And lo and behold!
