I had to take a short break halfway through the yoga practice because you made me feel so elated in my self I started crying and I needed to take some deep breaths. Your videos allow me to feel so much self worth and self love thank you Joelle..!! ♡♡

I found this really helpful as recovering from Covid. Everything hurts and is stiff from being static a lot and very little energy. Do you have a practice you could recommend for the lungs? I feel like there's an elephant on my chest all the time and breathing deeply makes my lungs itch (!) Thank you so much for your channel...it helps my body such a lot!

I'm so sorry to hear that Sarah, wishing you all the best for a speedy recovery. I'm glad to hear this practice was helpful to you. I do have a breathwork practice you may like to try, and of course you shouldn't feel obliged to make your breathing any deeper than feels right to you - sometimes just finding some awareness of our breath without forcing it to "change" can already make a world of difference! The part laying on my back I heard some cracks. I think it's where I was tense in. I'm starting to do stretching first before working out because I'm that out of shape. I need something that will help wake my mind and body up and to help me sleep at night also. I suffer from severe depression and anxiety. I stay in bed all day. I'm trying to change that.
