Most importantly, this practice is to help you feel better in your body and get back into your daily routine without pain.
Pilates is focused on slow, controlled movements linked with the breath. Breathing with each movement allows our minds to focus on each microadjustment in the body while we move.
Incorporate this 10-minute Pilates workout into your routine, for a stronger and healthier body and mind.
It's also important to note how hard chronic pain can be, for these 10 minutes, try to let go of limiting thoughts or beliefs, and feel the shifts in your body. Remember, at any point if you feel pain, do not continue or push through. Listen to your body.
