I don't normally comment on videos, but this time I really want to say that Nicole's videos are life changing. They seem hard and a little frightening at start, but after doing them on a regular basis you can feel yourself getting stronger everyday. 💪🏻 ❤️ Thank you, Nicole for the relaxing manner in which you explain the varied sets of exercises and also for helping us stay strong and healthy 😊!

I have been trying to exercise at least once a day for the past month and your videos reeeeeaally helped me doing so ! The variety of trainings is just great and kept me going as I could always find one that was in accordance with my "mood" ;) so thank you sooo much for getting us to enjoy the pain heheh

She is THE BEST ! How can this be so gentle on the joints, while being so tough; so easy to understand with her vivid coaching; but hard poses to hold? I had no idea how heavy my parts would become to maintain these simple maneuvers.

I absolutely LOVE the move when you tackle your albow with your knee in plank, I also love this same move but from 3leg dog, it makes me feel so strong when I am doing it!

I really enjoy your short videos (next to your long ones), focusing on one part of the body. I always choose one after a round of jogging, when I feel extra hyped and fit that day :)

I love that I don't have to be on my wrists the whole time. many ab workouts are hard on the wrists and this one seems to work the muscles without straining the wrists unnecessarily.

Tried to do these 10mins at the very start of my pilates practice and was really frustrated how I couldn't do it properly, but don't worry, after a month from zero core muscles it became possible and really challenging! Loved it, definitely don't recommend for beginners 😀

I love your set! I really liked your variation of the plank with the elbow touches. Having the one arm bent and down on the mat and the other one just bent. Always kills the obliques!!

I love how the child's pose comes so naturally after being done with each side. I totally enjoy it because it comes after the most challenging exercise when I'm almost running out of air.
