I did this workout every day for the last 14 days and lost 2 inches around my tummy. I did not change my eating habits and did not lose weight - so the inches off definitely came from the workout. @@tarajones2145 HI, I'm not OP, but I also want to share that I have also some very good results - I haven't measured but there is a visible change. I used to have a visible mommy pooch which is now gone. I did this challenge for 14 days, 10min a day, but repeated the whole challenge 3 times for visible results - 14 days, then ca. 7 - 10 days break (during period), then again 14 days and so on. Now I do a mix of the 10min Saddle Area Challenge with this one - one day I do the 10 min Saddle Area workout, the other I do the Love Handles and Lower Belly Fat.

14 days challenge completed today!✅ I suffer from depressive episodes and this workout was the only thing I was able to do during the past few weeks because it is so short and it did not require too much from me except from showing up for 10 minutes. Age Late 60s I suffer from fibromyalgia/chronic pain...but here goes! Start date 1st March 2023. At start: Waist 28" Belly/Muffin 35" Height 5'5" Day 1: Did it! Day 2: Ooh some muscle pains in ribs, but managed the routine. Day 3: Muscle aches not so bad. Did the routine. Day 4: So fatigued today, and achey, not sure I can do it But I did it! Day 5: Struggling with pain and fatigue, but completed routine. Day 6: In pain from gardening, but managed the routine. 6 days in now! Day 7: Tough again today, but did the routine. Edit: I got up to day 10 and had lost an inch off my waist! Then pain from the fibromyalgia stopped me. I had to concentrate on getting the pain under control. 24th March. I started the routine again, and will update again in a few weeks.

@@treatymoyo3710 My chronic pain stopped me from doing the exercises daily, but I do the routine when I can. I also dieted, so I have lost more inches, but that is more likely due to the diet. If you're fit and well, I'm sure the exercises alone will help you. They do help trim you down. Good luck. x

Hi i'm 62. I used to do a different video specifically for love handles and lower belly fat and i switched to this one. It works !! Ive forwarded to both of my granddaughters and my daughter. At first it was really challenging but keep pushing and you'll be able to get through it without huffing and puffing. Im now getting back into my size 6 pants without feeling like I'm squeezed into them. Exercise keeps you in shape and young. Love the music and routine. Thanks

Always remember to tune in to your body and practice patience with yourself. It only takes one small habit added to your routine to start seeing the changes. Been doing this workout regularly and I'm seeing results!!! I always add this workout at the end of any other workouts I'm doing and it's been a game-changer!! Try it for at least 14 days! Edit: officially lost 4 pounds with only this work-out! I've been trying a few different online workouts for 2 years and I kept of gaining weight. First time I'm losing some! feels amazing!

Weight can be a bit finicky because muscle weighs more than fat, so you were probably just gaining some muscle. Glad you’ve found a workout that gets the results you’ve wanted tho!

Day 1:🎉🎉🎉 I did so well today. Not very easy but I didn’t cheat. Will come back for more updates Day2: I did well, but Ey this workout is not easy Day3: I actually felt the burns during the exercise today but completed it. Day4: I feel like a rockstar! Day5: I’m so happy, it’s starting to feel a bit easier! And I can actually feel the difference in my waist. Day6: I took a 2 days rest during the weekend. And started day 6 on Monday. It wasn’t too bad. Day 7: All the exercises are easier for me now and my yoga pants are getting a bit loose in the waist 😅 Day 8: ✅✅✅ forgot to update Day 9: I really feel great 🥹 (the workout is working!) Day 10: My work pants are officially loose around my waist 😁

I'm 65 and the size of a hobit lol and thoroughly enjoyed this. I'm an Ethical Vegan so my diet doesn't need changing. Didn't keep up with the amount to some exercises because my brain had to adjust so next time I'm more prepared. Im wanting to go mountain climbing this year so I'm exercising everyday in preparation. @@bighitgaming2526 I really have done weight loss, I have done this exercise and with it, I have done full body fat loss in 20 minutes through exercise and diet, I stopped eating junk food, specially soft drinks and sometimes on special occasions, I have a cheat day but remember to change exercise after every 2 or 3 weeks.

17 aug '24, day 1. Feeling good, did it early in the morning. Paused twice. See you tomorrow :) 18 aug, day 2. Keeping a good rhythm with the workouts, paused once. Let's do this! 19 aug. missed a day was out for most of it, did hit over 10k steps though so I'm happy. 20 aug, day 3. Feeling good but procrastinated doing it until later. Edit: Hi all! I have just started doing these workouts again after a few weeks break. Life got hectic. But it's a daily habit that I would like to work on. I started doing these workouts in march and saw such great results! My pants were fitting better and my family had started to notice and ask what I was doing. I was doing this video and the round back, slim arms video by Yuuka(8 mins, low impact) they're good together and add up to 18 minutes, which is one episode of something, do with that what you will :)) I struggle with balance, so the curtsy lunge I do: lunge to standing straight, to standing crunch, break the movement up. Doing the exercises slower and correct is better than doing them fast and trying to match the pace of the video. Feel where the movement is. here we go :) _______________________________________________________ 18 mar '24 - day 1, had to pause the video a few times to catch my breath, but I finished it and I'm proud of myself for that. 19 mar - day 2, was kind of anxious to start but once I was rolling it was good. had to pause a few times to catch my breath. 20 mar - day 3 feeling it in my legs today, got it done in the morning as I find it's harder to motivate myself at the end of the day. Still paused a few times. 21 mar - day 4 another morning session, noticing that I've been feeling less bloated and more energy throughout the day! 22 mar - day 5! is this my first day 5? yes! usually get to day 4 and then take a rest day/week, still pausing the video if I need to catch my breath. I really struggle with the lunges! So I've been working on getting that move right by doing normal lunges for the first 20 seconds and I've seen a big improvement! Also feeling more comfortable/sleeping better. See you tomorrow! 23 mar - day 6! feeling a much better flow with the workouts, still struggling with the lunges. 24 mar - hello day 7, a full week! definitely noticing my one pair of shorts are fitting better and feeling good! 25 mar - day 8, whoop! feeling it but feeling good. 26 mar - day 9, evening session but did it! 27 mar - day 10, had a good day, did two videos 28 mar - day 11, rest 29 mar - day 12, honestly seeing and feeling better results. I‘m your fan, Sally! First day, I could hardly finish the workout, had some troubles with the coordination of movements during some exercises. Each day I was getting better, now, after 3 weeks with daily exercises I can see and feel so many good changes. Thank you for this inspiration! I found some other great 10 minutes workouts (arm, shoulders, back) on KZbin and I exercise always one of them in combination with this video. Better then any fitness club!

(I do the slim leg everyday, then choose 2 belly/waist workout videos), and I already notice a difference in my waist! The most important thing is to keep your ABS tight (by pulling your belly button in) for the whole duration of the video. Otherwise you probably won’t see results. Before I knew that I did ABS workouts with my belly kept loose and sticked out and wondered why nothing has changed. I’ve been doing the workout for about two weeks daily (with 2 or 3 exceptions) and I can already see a difference!

Thank you. I am 60. Of course I had to adapt a lot. Couldn’t do everything. But anyways you remind me of me when I was in my thirties. I got a bad eating disorder and lost 11 inches. Day 30 🎉 I do this once a day + 34 min of cardio + 30 min back and arm exercice + walking a few hours a day (at work) while eathing a high protein vegan diet on deficit of calorie. I lose a ton of low belly fat, but still have a bit. I gonna keep doing this workout, I really recomend.

Thank you so much for this workout! It's become part of my daily routine- I love how quick it is, the great music, and that I can really feel myself working. I've been doing it for almost 2 weeks now, and can feel and see a difference in my stomach. Didn't measure before starting, but I can tell that everything's tightening up - my clothes are starting to fit better again! Excited to continue this journey, with your workout videos as a large part. Thank you!!! Also, for anyone reading this with knee trouble, I sometimes just swap out a different exercise if I can't do the one Sally's up to. So, for example, no "ski" movement for me- so instead I fill in a different exercise. Don't let your knees hold you back!

Wow I had a minor fracture in my foot and it's still healing (cast is removed) but I can still do almost all of these exercises and I will till 14 days and I trust you that I'll get results 😌💗 thankyou Sally 🥰

I will do this every day for a week and keep you all updated. Doing this with the lose belly fat in 7 days 5 minute lilli sabri workout. Day 1: It was pretty hard for someone who hasn't worked out in a while. I can feel my core muscles tightening as I do these exercises. I do see some differences as opposed to before the exercise. I think tomorrow will be easier. Day 2: Today was much easier and I am surprised at how fast the results are happening. I feel my core working out as i do these. Keep in mind i haven't changed my diet at all, I've just been drinking lots of water. Day 3: Its getting easier to do the workouts and I'm not getting as tired after. So far, the body fat hasn't been reduced, but it has been giving more of a snatched waist. Hopefully, by the end of the week, i will have achieved my goal. If i am not happy by the end of the week, i will continue an extra 7 days

*Day 14* DONE yes! Did it. It is very important to engage your core while doing these exercises. She mentions it at the beginning but really wished for reminders throughout and also maybe something for complete beginners about how and when to in each exercise to engage your core. I'll add more observations in replies below so this doesn't get too long. *Day 13* DONE *Day 12* DONE *Day 11* DONE *Day 10* DONE woohoo I'm in double digit days now! *Day 9* DONE I am considerably less winded at the end compared to Day 1. I've also replaced the "curtsy lunge to crunch" with an entirely different movement bc I frankly never feel my core engage as i am too busy losing my balance while doing it. *Day 8* DONE *Day 7* DONE One week ✅! I am finding some moves easier. I find this to be an all over workout and do feel it in my legs and arms as much as my abs afterwards. *Day 6* DONE *Day 5* DONE Definitely having to modify this routine to suit me and my current abilities. *Day 4* DONE - i only do this once a day in the a.m. before breakfast. I find it hard to engage my core muscles sometimes and feel it more in my arms and legs, but it is a good quick all over workout.Before supper I found an easy ab workout by motivationaldoc which is quick and easier for me to do. *Day 3* DONE *Day 2* DONE *DAY 1* Done. Form not great but, still, 10 minutes of movement accomplished.

The scale shows that I lost about 3 pounds over the last 2 weeks but I think weight is a poor indicator of results because muscle weighs more than fat and my weight just naturally fluctuates. The best sign of how well this video worked: my jeans, non-elastic pants and shorts are looser on me and my "love handles" aren't spilling over the sides as much. After just 2 weeks, it's unlikely I'd see very dramatic changes but I can say , I look better in my clothes 😊.

I'm not sure if I'll stay with this video or move on to a different one with different movements - I wish that I felt the burn more in my abs when done. Maybe I didn't properly engage my core or didn't do it at the right time. It would have been nice to have more guidance from her about that. Mostly I'm grateful for this workout bc it got me moving again everyday after being in a depression for ages.

I only did this video once a day, in the morning before my morning coffee. Wanted to get it out of the way first thing :). Some days I would do a few abdominal exercises from a different channel but I sometimes forgot.

l'm on day 5 today. The 1st day l could barely do 30 seconds each exercise. 2nd day l felt the muscle pains around my waist. Today l'm doing it with much ease, no breaks. 14 days here l come!

Day 1 (61): The first thing that really hits is that there are no rest sections. I don't love cardio. This got my heart rate up. We'll see what the days hold for us! Keep it up spartans! Day 2: I feel it's getting a bit easier, no real struggle with anything. Keep it up spartans! Day 3: I have a lot of work but im still doing it. Keep it up!

Absolutely brilliant! Wearing pants and skirt I couldn't fasten 2 weeks ago. Very easy and I am 69 years old!! Great waist reducer...belly fat, not noticed so much. Pretty hard on the knees though it you have problems there.

Just found this and am going to try the 14 days challenge for myself.. Day 1 - Completed. Found the lunge and crunch tough. Gonna keep on going... Day 2 - ✅ Day 3 - Tiring, sweated a lot but feel good and will keep on going. Day 4 - Done and hopefully slimming down Day 5 - Missed. Was unwell Day 6 - Done and time flew by Day 7 - Done (missed 3 days) Day 8 - Done ************************** Reset button coz had to stop for a month Day 1 - Completed. Day 2 - Done Day 3 - Done Day 4 - done

As promised, I saw a difference after 2 weeks. Just keep going! I love the preview of the next exercise and the countdown for each one. It makes staying on track much easier. As someone with limited movement in one arm it's also easy to adapt individual movements to my needs. Beautiful inspirational landscape too. Absolutely only ❤ for your videos

First day of workout I can't tell you the relief I felt by not having to jump around or having to get down on the mat and back up (I found out those exercises kill me and honestly they hurt my wrists and ankles a lot). I'm a beginner and I'm not in shape whatsoever and this workout was very much doable. I sweat a ton and I only had to briefly stop for about half a minute once. I did the upper back and shoulders workout today along with this one and I surely do feel it. I managed to pull through with a couple pauses along the way. P.s. I think my left side is a bit weaker than my right since I did struggle more with left-sided exercises. I'll be coming back to this comment to track my progress. As of right now I weigh 60,3 kg (160 cm) and my goal is to reach 55 kg for now. I won't be restricting my food but I will be making note of what I eat and make an effort to eat more nutritious food.

@Hindi_Motivation_Ai hi! So turns out when life beats you around you don't have much time or energy to exercise every day. Stuff happened and after a couple of days of exercising I just ended up neglecting this routine. I have switched to an eliptical trainer that I recently got and it's such an easy way for me to exercise. I'd say I've lost perhaps a kilogram and a half at most during the past month, but it's such an insignificant amount that it may as well be dependent on the day. I plan on coming back to these exercises alongside training on the eliptical as soon as I have more free time to spare.

For anyone wondering why they feel it more in their butt or lower body more than their waist … make sure you’re keeping your core engaged by pulling your belly button toward your spine as much as possible. Also when doing any of the side moves like when you’re pulling your arm down and your knee up focus on your core and imagine actually pulling something down (I’ve even added a 3lb weight) and squeeze your knee toward your elbow as much as you can. It’ll help your body stop focusing on standing so much and actually focus on your obliques and transverse abs better. I’m not a trainer just a recovering postpartum mom sharing tips I’ve gotten from different specialists. 😁

Doing this 2x a day for a week!! (Started 7/6/23) Day 1 : it was kinda hard but I got through it!! Day 2 : my stomach was sore from the previous day, but it got a bit better!! Day 3 & 4 : Lowk forgot to update but I lost about 2 inches off of my waist :)

I've never been very good at staying disciplined long enough to see results so I'm going to start tracking my progress here! Day 1: COMPLETED, sweating a little bit. Day 2: Definitely a little easier than yesterday, gotta keep working! DAY 3: It was a little difficult because I'm a bit sore, but I did it anyway. Only day three so not seeing any differences. DAY 4ish: I was sick for a couple days so I couldn't do it but now I'm back

I did complete the 14 day exercises. I miss a day but did them the next day and extended it so that there were 14 days. I feel stronger. Core is a bit tighter. I do suggest doing this workout barefoot with a mat. It gave me more stability. 😊 This is something you can add to your workout or can help to get you started toward wellness...😊

I’ll be updating everyday for exactly 2 weeks. If I’ll see results i might do it even longer. Day1:✅ breathtaking didnt find it too difficult,you can do it Day2:✅ wooh it was great. Definitely feel tension in muscles. Was difficult then yesterday Day3:✅ soo tired. Don’t give up Day4:✅ exhausted but worth it kinda feel like changing Day5:✅ it’s kinda getting easier everyday Day6:✅ the workout went sp fast didn’t even noticed definitely easier then other days kinda seeing results. Day7:✅ still out of breath don’t give up Day8:✅ felt soo easy. Also i was watching my fav show so time passed like nothing deff see results Day9:✅ same as the other day also real tiering Don’t Give Up Day10:✅ it was perfect also it’s a sunny day and worked out with more motivation Day11:✅ feeling pretty good Day12:✅ its literally so easy but keep going Day13:✅ woh it was tiring it’s literally getting so easier every day. I at first couldn't go through the 3rd workout without feeling I'm going to pass out. Now I can go halfway! I still feel nauseous and dizzy, but it's getting better :) I finally pushed myself through it all and finished this video! Great results btw, lower belly lost 1.2 inches and my waist around 2 inches !!!

I am a totally beginner. No workouts for years. I did this for the first time. Next day I had a huge pain between my Brests , that continue for the next days. Please pay attention ,it looks so easy. It is,but it is very effective. If you have months since you had your workout. Do it just a few seconds and stop. Otherwise you will have like me this huge pain. I even thought about going to the doctor. Finally I realised that are my muscles. Thank you Sally.

I’m back again ! 2 years later at 64. I forgot how great this workout is! It particularly helps my lower back which I just tweaked putting my 2 year old granddaughter in her crib; her mattress has been lowered to the floor to keep her in 🤪and she has a broken leg and consequently a cast, which makes her heavier; Honestly I was in pain but did this yesterday and my lower back felt so much better when I woke up today. This workout so very much helped ; I need to do this more regularly again. Love the music too! Thanks for keeping this Grammy in great shape to be able to provide good care; she has a baby sister now too so I really need it 🤪!

15 years ago I quit working in the gym and also quit doing anything of sport because i was always skinny. Now i’ve gained 10kg after I quit smoking and this is my first work out in 15 years and i’m loving it!!! Love the burn!!!!! Love the heart pounding!
