Thank you for sharing great workouts. May i know how long it took to loose your belly fat after pregnancy? And what did you do for that? Didn't go to gym and only these kind of workouts?

Hi Mojdeh, I only do workouts at home - I don't go to the gym. I eat healthy and do the workouts that you find on my channel. It look me about 3-4 months to loose the belly fat but my belly is still not back to where it was. That takes time. Our bodies are doing an amazing job bringing a baby into the world so we need to give it time to recover :). I hope this was helpful! All the best to you!

@@travelingismypassionh7486 I worked out about 3 times a week. I did either two 10 min videos or a longer video. Sometimes I trained 4x sometimes only 2x per week, depending on how energized I felt. Consistency I key. Its ok to train 2x a week if you can stick to it for the whole pregnancy. I hope this was helpful! All the best!

I have been doing this workout for the past week (most days), I made it through the whole set without stopping for the first time today! This obviously does work at building those muscles, I am surprised at the difference in such a short amount of time :). Thanks for the great workouts! 💗

i just started these and I cannot believe the burn in just a few min doing any of the arm ones! I had no idea something that looked so easy is actually so hard when you have little to no upper body strength !

Giving a daily update for this Day 1:- Arms just hurt Day 2 :- Very little definition but it was there, stamina sort of increased, Arms still hurt

why does the side of my neck and trap muslces hurt when i do arm workout? Am i not doing workouts correctly? I dont feel it burning anywhere else & it kinda prevents me from finishing the workout in one go, i have to pause a few times during the video until the burn goes away :((
