i’m new to the yoga community. i just recently got out of a relationship of 5 years and for the past two days ive been watching this video and doing it as well. although i do not feel all the way better, i do feel more calm and at peace with myself. today i woke up crying look at my ex’s and i’s pictures thinking i was ready to delete them, but then i came back to this video and now i feel better. i will be coming back everyday until i remember the movements and i can learn more from ur other videos. thank you for keeping me sane during this rough time

I love this video so much. It's really helped me make space for myself to gently process and release a lot of hurt and bad energy trapped in my body after having a really upsetting experience. Sometimes I feel ashamed that I have to do videos like this, but while I was breathing in and out, it really allowed me to have clarity and self-compassion. Taking care of myself is making me stronger. Practicing self-care and self-compassion is investing in myself. None of this makes me weak. It makes me more whole💖

Brett. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. This was absolutely beyond anything I have come across yoga-wise for bringing love and release to the exhausted traumatized body and mind. Those flow-stretch movements were what I have always been looking for and never realized. And your gorgeous genuine loving soul! I shall be using this regularly -not just for trauma (hopefully not much more of that ;-/) but for general stress and just -self love! -Namaste dear Brett and everyone!! xxx

this helped so much i felt so angry and frustrated today and i noticed i just kept taking it out in a negative way that wasn’t helping me, so i came to my room and did a releasing anger/frustration meditation, a peace, relaxation and positive energy meditation and i don’t do much yoga but decided to do some and after this video i will definitely add it into my daily life !!

this is the first time ive ever tried yoga for healing, about half way through I felt an overwhelming sense of awakening in my head and my whole body I had to stop and allow myself to breathe it was shocking. Wow , thank you for this .

Hey, I've got Non alcoholic cirhossis of the liver(meaning it's not from drinking or using, the gene was passed at birth, I think I brought the illness on through stress), edema ( retention of lymphatic fluids, especially in legs), PTSD. I see a doctor, but I'm trying to heal myself naturally. I've studied and follow Louise Hay, who healed herself from cirvical cancer. Although I've lost a LOT of strength, I'm not giving up. I'm using yoga in my tool box to help me overcome. Blessings to you. Love Always 💖 💯🌟✨

Found this video after typing in all i was feeling and needed ie: grief, emotional evening yoga and this came up I focussed, i breathed, i cried. But most of all i did this video to try and help myself. I had a really important job interview today and it's left me feeling so emotional. I also really miss my mum 💔 and im on the final day of my period. 😭😭😭

Thank you so much. Lately I’ve had a hard time handling stress. I had an accident last February 2023 and I feel that it really send my nervous system through a loop. Anyway I used to do yoga for 15 years but once my work schedule was changed I wasn’t able to attend class and doing yoga online has been a little difficult for me to stick with. Again thank you for this because I feel better already. I will do this particular session every day because it’s very short and I can manage it. ❤
