I am so thankful for this series. It's hard to find videos in 10 min range that are somatic and focused on starting the day. Would love for this to be a series or even shorter video series targeted around starting the morning or somatic yoga 🧘🏻♀️. Thank you thank you! ❤

Aaah thank you - i looove the somatic ones. I’m burned-out right now and have little cerebral palsy and this helpes me ❤ looking forward to more. (the trauma informed yoga videos are also helpfull)

I’ve just recently discovered your videos! I have been doing yoga for several months now, but I tend to rotate between the same creators and same videos. I prefer doing yoga for 10 minutes at a time, so it’s nice to see you have some recent uploads. I also appreciate your calm voice and visuals. I prefer when people speak softly so it’s been really nice to discover your videos!
