I love your videos but I wish this one was more heavily focused on abs, I feel like finding standing ab workouts is hard but if possible it would be great 😊 this one is titled abs and HIT so maybe I’m doing it wrong but even when I focus the whole time on my abs I still don’t feel the workout there
