How have I not seen your workouts on KZbin before?! This really is a feel-good workout. I like how your routines aren't rushed and frantic. Your workouts are controlled and stress free, so we can concentrate on form and keep cortisol levels in check. I like the standing glute and leg focus on this one too, thank you! 👍🏽

Nice fast and pretty easy workout. My arms and legs are a little sore but they were already sore from the workout I did before. I’m in a much better mood though.

thank you so much for these videos! i’ve been doing your workouts for over a week now and i’m definitely proud of myself. i’m not a physically active person, so when i try to do workouts it’s usually hard for me to keep it up for more than 2 days. every other video that i’ve tried to follow seem very overwhelming, but your beginner videos are a god send!! hopefully i can transition into more challenging workouts soon but for now, i’m really happy! thanks!

Hi Monica, I often get migraines from other workouts on KZbin because they're really hard and have no warm up. Your videos are different ❤ also love the music choices!

I love love love your workout routine. They are easy to follow and really see the results. I'm a jeweler and sit all day. I have pain for sitting to long. After doing your work out especially the your Pilate workout. Little by little I feel less pain and feel amazing. Thank you
