Join me for a 10 minute STANDING BOOTY BAND at home workout to lift and tone those glute muscles. All you need is a circle/loop resistance band and a wall/chair near by as an optional support for one of our exercises. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. This is a wrist friendly routine since we will be doing standing booty exercises the whole time. So let's get toning! 💞 xox Mik

Hi there, this workout looks amazing and I really want to try it, but I am wondering if this is knee friendly. If not, could you recommend a few excercises I could substitute the "dangerous" exercises with, because I really want to follow along the video and not just do my own thing. Thank you!

I wanted to buy these booty bands even though I already have some but they are only available to purchase from the US. With the US exchange and the delivery charge they just aren't worth around $60 or more. I am in Canada. 😥

I now only do your workouts (and 3 runs a week) pleeease do a beginners abs workout 🙏 and some more dance routines, which are perfect to get children involved with. Why do I feel the burn in the opposite leg when I’m performing these exercises?

I think it's because you're using the muscles in that leg to stabilise yourself, I'm not sure tho

I have that too 😅 but I'm also a beginner so I was exhausted after this workout and that means it is a good workout 👌🏻 maybe if you do this several times, it will get easier 🤗 and maybe because you just trained on the other leg so it's double? I think you're muscles have to get used to do these exercises 👌🏻

No its because she specifically chose the exercises to do mostly on one leg first so that it's really targeting the supporting leg so when she says opposite leg and u switch u will feel lt in the leg that u weren't feeling it in at first if that makes sense
