Every now and then we all need something slow and easy. Now, during the winter time, a little bit before Christmas we all feel sometimes lazy to workout or not even in the mood to workout, simply because of the cold weather. But that's totally gine and okay. Nothing to worry about. We all have been through this don't worry everyone you ate doing and amazing job
