10 minutes ab and core workout to make your obliques and core ignite! I do an ab workout either post a main workout or on those active rest days!
I am a huge advocate for anti rotational exercises to strengthen the core as they require core stability such as renegade rows, dynamic planks and single side work such as x1 arm chest press, rows and staggered RDLs however there are is also the rotational aspect to core and ab training!
This is a quick, challenging workout to target your abs, particularly the obliques and core! It will also challenge your balance and co-ordination!
The timer will be on for 40 seconds of work, with 5 seconds rest inbetween each set!
All you will need is a mat!

Caroline, yesterday evening I suffered from bloating and I couldn't take the risk of doing the strength workout I planned today. I was doing my normal chores when you popped up on screen with two wonderful workouts. I'm feeling better now so I decided to it now only. Usually I'm a early morning workout person and it's the first thing o do in the morning....but today's an exception. Thanks for being an inspiration. Looking forward for my daily dose of endorphin. I’ve been doing shorter workouts lately so this one’s perfect for me!! Thank you Caroline! I’ll work back up to the 30 minute videos, I think I’ll start doing them for 10 minutes 3x a day!! 20 minutes is the most I can do at a time.
