Who else loves working out with her. It’s so much easier to keep going when following her workouts. I used to get bored and loose motivation, until I did this. 1. I started following workout channels and enjoy working out with her since then. 2. I started creating my own workouts on my channel which are effective but also a lot of fun to me. And now I love the mix of both ! 💪🏼

First time I did this workout it was after a long day sitting in front of computer, my spine and shoulders ached so badly, and this really helped. I did it with a long sock😂 but immediately ordered resistance bands. Wow, what fun are they, and this workout - I love it, and will do it many more times. Thank you ❤

This was a lot harder than I expected it to be 😅 Love the twist with the booty band and new movements. It also really allows you to decide how hard the workout is going to be... depending on the strength of the booty band and how hard you pull xD
