Great! Love to have more shorter classes, 20 mins and under, they are perfect for before work and to be able to include a meditation too, all under 30 minutes! This is such a good flow cuz u also get the extra bonus stretches for the entire body, but focuses on neck, shoulders and back, which are my biggest issues. This one is short and complete and easy to fit into my work day to release tension. Love it!!

I like you also included some lower body, a little flow while focusing on the upper. I had a sudden pain in my left shoulder/upperback and I couldn't even look over my left shoulder all the way. I was very concerned and thought I would need to schedule a PT session or massage but after two days of this 10 min practice, the pain is gone. I felt immediate relief after the first session. So grateful for your instruction, Kassandra. I've tried the Asana app and Peloton's yoga classes in recent months and I don't like them - keep coming back to you! Thank you!
