Kassandra’s just great. Her classes are easy to follow and her voice is so calming. Not like others. Can’t do anyone else’s anymore! Absolutely recommend!!!! Thank you for making my everyday better

Great! Love to have more shorter classes, 20 mins and under, they are perfect for before work and to be able to include a meditation too, all under 30 minutes! This way i can do yoga and meditation with you every morning! Thanks Kassandra for listening to our suggestions and to doing them when you can. Looking forward to doing this one. Namaste.

Been doing a couple short yoga practices here and there. I always knew my posture and tension had my shoulders/back out of whack. I had some really relieving pops on this one and feeling parts of my back that I don't think have been stretched in a long time if ever. Thanks for this channel!

This is such a good flow cuz u also get the extra bonus stretches for the entire body, but focuses on neck, shoulders and back, which are my biggest issues. This one is short and complete and easy to fit into my work day to release tension. Love it!!

Just did the video (again - thanks for sharing it will all of us and not just privately) and it is another great video. I like you also included some lower body, a little flow while focusing on the upper. I feel great and i really do feel the positive effects of it, upper body feels wonderful now, relaxed and not tension! Thank you Kassandra! Namaste.

I had a sudden pain in my left shoulder/upperback and I couldn't even look over my left shoulder all the way. I was very concerned and thought I would need to schedule a PT session or massage but after two days of this 10 min practice, the pain is gone. I felt immediate relief after the first session. So grateful for your instruction, Kassandra. I've tried the Asana app and Peloton's yoga classes in recent months and I don't like them - keep coming back to you! Thank you!

Also, thank you for the early premiere notice, it's nice to see what is coming up and look forward to it (it was also a nice surprise to see what you revealed on the Thursday, but this even better knowing before the actual release). I found your site just as lockdown in our country started. I have always practiced yin yoga at a studio and love the stretching component of it. WOW! this was an awesome relief of so much upper back pain. Thank you for making this video:) I paused and repeated many moves and stayed in positions longer. Its amazing how much you don't think you need something and you do it to realize its the key to happiness.

I love this amazing short routine! Completely stretches and relieves the tension out of your upper back and shoulders and feels so good especially for someone like me, who is reading behind a desk for hours each day and my neck and back is bent all the time. This really helped with my shoulder pain from being seated all day! And also maybe because of posture. After doing this flow, the pain is immediately gone
