I tested positive for COVID last Friday. Spent the last days in bed. Coughing and sleeping loads. This is the first real morning yoga session I was able to do. Felt so great to move again even if I was really tired.

I am sick and had no motivation for any yoga today. Decided to Do this practise and IT was perfect: gentle, slow and Not that exhausting. Perfect stretches for a sore aching body. Thank you i am feeling so much better now!

Had a pretty rough couple of days this past week being really sick and today got to stay home to rest keep recovering, almost there yet decided to do some yoga to help it and thus was the perfect flow! This is the yoga I do before going to work. It's been helping me a lot. I work a night shift and a customer service so it takes a lot from my body and my mental health but this particular yoga keeps me grounded and helps me take care of my body. I love it so much
