I'm old, and my left knee was killing me in the chair pose. You said to pretend I was pulling the mat apart with my feet. The pain in my knee went away! Wonderful trick for me, I'll definately try that enytime I am exercising and that darn knee bothers me . . .THANK YOU!!!

Added to my saved videos, such a potent way to spend ten minutes to warm everything up, get the core engaged and heart pumping. I am in the 30 day challenge and keep meaning to mention that I can’t seem to figure out how to access the “want more stretching?” Link. I hover over the words and try to find something to click to no avail. Any idea what I need to do?
