I'm a PCOS patient, started my period at 12 but never got them properly. They were as good as non existent. December 2023 I found this video and started doing it once a week. Got my period in Jan this year and have been getting them ever since, only missed February because I didn't follow this exercise in January much. Thank you so much for this! ❣️

That flow felt lovely. It was helpful to stretch the areas around my hips plus my hips.

I've ben doing this one regularly, but still having problems with deer legs. I can't get both hip bones (butt cheeks) on the ground. I assume that it because of tight hips?

Deer legs is a tricky one for so many people, and it's indeed often (though not always) due to tight hips. It actually places a lot of demand on the body because it's one of the few poses in yoga where one leg is in external rotation and the other is in inner. Feel free to lift yourself up on a block or a cushion to see if that feels better in your body!
