If you have ever been in a bad mood and then the weather outside literally changes, that's Yoga with Adriene. I don't know Adriene personally, and I also don't have a concept of sunlight as something tangible. And yet, there is something pleasant in your life all of a sudden, and it can only be called radiant energy.

Adriene, If I may, suggest a New content idea: record Benji covered with a blanket, with your voice-over, meditation guide. It's adorable and relaxing! Honestly, any puppers wrapped in a blanket is content we all want to see ha. Thanks again for a great video!

this is one of the best videos to do when you aren’t in the mood to do yoga. today I wasn’t feeling it, and I almost told myself that it wouldn’t be a big deal if I missed one day. Of course, it wouldn’t be a big deal. I can always start again, yoga will always be there. But I’ve been on doing a practice everyday for about a month now and missing a day would feel like letting myself down. These relaxing, shorter practices remind me of why I keep pushing myself to do one practice a day, because as soon as I started this video I remembered why I started doing yoga in the first place.

Same, long day & didn’t get a chance to do yoga till right before bedtime. Wanted to talk myself out of it but I’m so glad I didn’t! Great way to end the day with a sense of accomplishment and a pat on the back for showing up.

Thank you, Adriene, for guiding me today. It was like a lullaby. Gosh, how I missed seeing you and Benji! 💛(I'm Anna. I'm from Ukraine. My small town survived the bombing and lived through a three-month power blackout. Yoga was a fundamental reason for me not to break down completely, to find a safe place and peace within myself when I couldn't find it outside. I'm wholeheartedly grateful for everything that you taught me over the years, everything I apply now with more awareness than ever before: love, movement, energy, breathing, kindness, listening, and, of course, finding what feels good). Praying for peace! Thank you!

Yay! Your 7-minute bed time yoga video got me through some very rough times, sometimes it was the only way I could get to sleep. It's also the ideal routine to do in bed. At one point I didn't even need the video anymore, I had completely memorized it and could hear your voice guiding me through 😂 I no longer need it, but it's always in my backpocket for emergencies, and now I get to try a new one 😄

I am not on the 30 days journey but I've been practicing the last 6months with Adriene while I've been on a path of removing all things that do not serve me any longer (alcohol, drugs etc) and these practices have shifted my entire mind/body. It's incredible!!! I always thought I needed to do fast past "workout" but these intentional practices have completely changed my perspective 🖤

Her practices are literally sublime. There's something so precious about it all. This woman is a master of slowing down- and that is so so scarce in our western culture/grind society. She has no idea how powerful her work is. She is a healer and anyone willing to be present can sense this. She is human, and she is also inexplicably divine. I can say that I love her. Her flows have touched my life. These are my inspirations to slow down, to breathe without hurry, to lean into emotion, to exist in this world and claim it with ease.

My favorite thing about Adriene’s energy is that she’s so accommodating and encouraging. Sometimes I feel so anxious that I can’t bring myself to practice. But instead of feeling ashamed of myself, I feel okay to just sit and be with myself through my anxiety, anchoring and soothing myself in her calm, loving voice. Thanks, Adriene, for creating this safe space.

This was such a gift 🥰 I had an MRI today and the fact I can control my breathing thanks to almost a year of daily yoga made the whole experience so much easier. I also read recently that the reason for counting sheep to sleep works is that if your brain is thinking of numbers it can't think of anything else. So I combined the 2 and just closed my eyes and counted the slow, deep breaths. No panic, no worry and 354 breaths later it was over 🥰 To then come home to this lovely practice was perfect

It's late afternoon, had nice lunch outside with family. BEGIN Day 14, I am outside with our daughter's puppy, having a nice chill out time😴, all the sents from the garden felt extra beautiful, especially the apples in the tree. These videos are the only way I get any sleep. I have endometriosis covering my intestines and ribs and part of my stomach, so I’m in pain a lot despite birth control (depo, which I just started, is making me worse sadly). Much of the time it keeps me up at night. These videos are the definition of relief for me. They help keep me hopeful for a treatment that works. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I've been practicing with Adriene's videos for a few weeks now, but it was just now at the end of this video tonight that I took one loving breath in and out and really felt the self-love in the breath. Thank you for that practice and all the rest, it's really helped change my life lately.

Your videos help me so much, it'd be a great idea if you did a gentle restorative video for during or after a panic attack. I have emetophobia and turn to your videos a lot to help get my brain focused on other things in my body besides feeling gross and sick. It helps a lot to shake my body out of panic mode and prevent another attack from sneaking up on me!

Good evening, im Boo. I just got back home from a very very long car ride. I felt so tired and winded after it, so i promised to do a quick yoga sesh before bed (its close to midnight now). Im so glad i did! I feel much better and much more relaxed. I feel ready for bed and to head on tomorrow. Thank you for this wonderful gift Adriene!

I'm stuck in my bedroom with COVID, and my head's stuffy and my joints all ache. I thought, there's gotta be yoga I can do in my bed, right? Thank you, Adriene! I feel much less like a lump now.

I was having trouble falling asleep last night so it’s funny I wake up to this bed time video. Its still perfect for the morning because it helps me harness my energy for the day, sometimes a slow AM practice is what’s up 100%

This was my third time doing this practise since it was released, and the first time I actually watched the intro and saw Benji’s blanket-cloak 😅😍🥰 He’s such a precious thing, I was smiling through the whole practise after that. As always Adrienne, thank you for these amazing videos.

This was very nice. I did this before work in late morning so I had as much light as Adriene did coming through the window. It is a humid morning so this fit perfectly as I tend to be tired on such days. Energize day 13. 617 days in a row.

@@Ginatus It felt pretty good for a week but then today, there was some vague sensation in the same area on the left side. Oddly, a week ago or so, the symptoms switched to the right side before they disappeared. Today, I did the scheduled practiced for the 14th. I feel fine now.
