Ohh and idk if you've ever tried it but an AMAZING idea for the next sweet treats video: (kinda) healthy oat cookie dough - this is suuuper yummy I'm so obsessed. (I don't have measurements I just like to eyeball everything) - oat flour (& a bit of coconut flour) - cold oat milk - vanilla - sweetener of choice (I use date syrup) - a pinch of salt & cinnamon - vanilla - a looot of chocolate chips Simply add a tiny bit of the oat milk to the dry ingredients so that it forms a firm, grainy dough consistency, then add the chocolate chunks/chips and put it in the fridge for 20 mins. THERE YOU GO! Its so simple but sooo amazing

I tried the vegan pancakes today morning. And I made it exactly like Mina did with blueberries and maple syrup and everything. They were soo good. They were quite fluffy as well for pancakes that didn’t have egg in it. Definitely will try making this again for breakfast!

Love those ideas, but certainly not for busy mornings - except for the shake and the pancakes if I prepare them in the evening and then just pop them in the microwave... if I have a busy morning, I certainly don't have 15 minutes for preparation & cooking time!

woow, the rice and cherrie porridge reminds me of what we in Denmark eat for dessert on christmas. It is a riceporridge cooked with vanilla, cooled and mixed with wipped cream, a little sugar and a bit of port wine. It is eaten cold, with warm cherrie sauce

i just had the shake☺️ i realised i was out of dates so i added about 1-2 tsp of coconut sugar and a pear instead. this gave the chocolate shake a great brightness, highly recommend. thanks for the ideas, they’re always delicious🖤

I already made the chocolate zucchini shake two times and love it so much, thank you for the recipe! The second time I only added 1 tbsp of unsweetend cocoa powder and some additional ice cubes so the chocolate flavour was less intense and more like a creamy - but iced - cocoa! :)

I loved the caramelized onion and avocado toast! I didn’t have the vegan chili mayo or the paprika flakes but I still made it work with hummus and normal paprika! :)

5:47 to answer your question, cheries are not berries, they are stone fruits. As are raspberries. Strawberries are "false fruits" the actual fruits are the little things on the surface. A courgette is a berry, as are tomatoes, pumpkins, blueberries, bananas. Hope this is helpful ;)

Vegan Pesto [also gf] Ingredients: 3 packs basil spinach lemon juice lemon zest lime juice lime zest olive oil nutritional yeast cashew parmesan cheese or cashew cheese spread/sauce seasonings I use garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and onion powder half avocado or vegan cream cheese for spread for drizzle leave out minced garlic sunflower seeds How to Make: Take all the ingredients except the sunflower seeds and put in food processor. Blend until smooth [or drizzly]. Then, blend in sunflower seeds until it gives a nice crunch. How to Store: Put in a mason jar for the spread or use a washed chocolate [or caramel or strawberry] sauce container for the drizzle. Store in fridge. Uses: Spread on toast, take dinner rolls with the spread and shredded vegan cheese then cook in broiler, put the drizzle on top of vegan pizza [or use the spread kind in place of sauce], put in pasta instead of tomato sauce, or on tofu or really anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please try this in a video its so good its my go to sauce for everything and its soy free, gluten free, nut free and vegan of course! It took a long time to invent this recipe try out its uses and type it up so it would mean a lot to me if you used it but if not that's ok!

Hi! I am here to share one of my favorite recipes, a brazilian carrot cake (vegan, obviosly) Blend two cubed large carrots, half a cup of oil and 2 cups of sugar until smooth, than add it to a bowl with 1 and a half cup of plant milk, 3 cups of flour and 2 tablespoons of baking powder. Put at a greased and lined baking pan and bake at 400F for at least thirty minutes. You know it is ready when you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean. We eat it with chocolate ganache. Seriosly, try it out. It is amazing.

Hi, Here's my favourite recipe for breakfast. First you have to cut the banana. Then take rice paper and soak it in water. If you do that you can wrap cut banana in rice paper. Next you have to fry banana in a pan (you can use: coconut oil or butter). Fry until browned. At the end you can serve with fruits and honey, maple syrup or whatever :) Enjoy!

Yum! Trying all these soon! Btw, for soy free, sub Pumfu vs Tofu in any Tofu recipes! It is a soy-free, pumpkin seed based Tofu. Available at Whole Foods and other healthfood places! :) Also sub Coconut Aminos vs Soy Sauce in recipes that call for soy sauce.

Here In *greece* we have this thing called *ριζογαλο* (pronounce rizogalo) means milk with Rice... Here is a vegan version Boil some Rice (i prefer Brown and/or Mix Rice) but not All the Way through!!! Maybe for 1/4 of the time it would need to Cook (for instance for mixed Rice that takes 45min to Boil i leave it for 15') Then add a Good amount of milk(i have made it with coconut And with soy, but i think a naturally sweet milk like oat milk might be even better) And let it Boil. When the Rice is cooked, Add Some cornflour (dissolved In milk,) Stir until it gets as thick as you like it. At this point add any sweetener if you want And vanila Powder Serve.hot or cold with CINNAMON (trust me its a must) And maybe if you into Spices a TINY amount of nutmeg because it gets super over powering.

I’m not going to lie, I’m very picky but I’m trying to broaden my horizons in the food area. When I watch these videos, I get scared to try the recipes because I’m afraid I won’t like it. I’m currently eating the Caramelized Onion Avocado Toast and WOW, it’s actually really good. It has a very subtle hint of flavor, and isn’t too overpowering. It’s definitely a 10/10 ☺️
