I’m SUCH a fan of overnight oats and once I saw this my jaw never dropped so low. I tried the matcha overnight oats and they were so delicious! I would really like to try the cookie dough oats but I don’t have any hem seeds and I realised they absorb moisture. I used the berry mixture for the cherry overnight oats but I used raspberries and put the mixture onto chia seeds and yogurt in jars ready for the morning. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND I’ve watched this video at least 60 times and i will watch it agian. Thanks Mina appricate it 😘🥰

You can skip the yogurt, maybe sub with 1 tbsp of almond or peanut or cashew butter for richness, plus 1/4 cup plant milk!

I would say they last in the fridge 2-3 days max. I like to prepare them one after the other, sometimes 2 at a time :)
