​@robertmullan1592 but that wasn't coconut cream, it was cream of coconut--they aren't the same thing. Coconut cream wouldn't have had sugar, whereas cream of coconut is sweetened -- and the person in the background clearly understood the difference, because they commented that it was what they use when making pina coladas. I too do not understand why they chose not to correct this error, it's not like this was a livestream.

My favorite kaya toast is with the thin, crumbly toast that is barely kept together by the butter. I feel like that thick bread kinda ruins the experience

This is not an acceptable way to treat guests. Not only did they give him the wrong ingredient, but also brushed off their own mistake like it wasn’t a big deal. This is like trying to make bagels with self rising flour instead of bread flour And that host is clearly not prepared for the shoot. She didnt have any questions prepped, showed little interest in what Jun was sharing, and looked like she couldn’t wait for the shoot to end
