Fantastic work! The kettle bell workout programs are really instructive and well-paced for beginners. I'm already seeing results after just 3 weeks and feel great.

i don't have a roller what can I use?

silva tanielian Good day....you can just do abdominal drills instead.....just look at any of my videos that have ab training. Replace the roller for that and enjoy! Anything else let me know. Keep up the great work!
