Hi, im 61 years old. Tried this workout this morning. My strenghth is minimal,balance much the same. Not sure how often to do this. However will commit to every second day until I get it to flow. Inspiration is valuable to me. Thankyou Melissa.

I Love these exercises! I have been dealing with a back injury for some time and have really lost a lot of muscle. I am finally able to workout again but must be careful. I feel these exercises will really help me! ❤

Wow so hard but so effective. Love it. I’m 63 female but workout on regular basis. Used to enjoy beer and developed beer tummy😂. Been struggling to get rid off it but it loves me too much I guess. Started watching your channel as it’s motivational. Thx for providing the encouragement and workouts

Thank you so much I can do these exercises 😃 as long as it doesn't require flexion of the spine like a traditional I can do these 🙏🏻❤️💪🏻 Though I will admit ab exercises are my least favorite but I do want to strengthen my abs so I will definitely do them 😄

Currently working your 12 week program but now with a small wrist injury, need to give my wrist a break so gonna substitute core workouts like this for your upper body days until I can bounce back.

This video is so helpful, I really appreciate all of your work out videos. I have a lot of trouble with the 2nd version of the crunch and the V thing, it's very hard on my tailbone. Any suggestions?

I thought planks aren’t good if you have diastasis recti

Untreated diastasis recti, yes. And every one of these plank variations can easily be done as wall planks, if you haven’t fixed yours yet. You can do bird dog on your back with your legs in the air, and that is one of the recommended exercises to heal diastasis recti. Likewise substitute heel dips for leg raises. I’ve done standing crunches, and bicycles on my back, for decades even before having children. Substitute wall sits for the v-sits and it pulls your muscles over your rib cage back in, too-something usually overlooked in diastasis recti healing exercises.
