I do this ab workout every day....this was the video that got me off the sofa and motivated to get in shape... I love your humour - it was exactly what I needed to convince me to put my gym gear on every morning. I know you have loads of new stuff- but this is a classic for reluctant beginners 😁

Loved it, too, PJ! Is it normal to be unbalanced as a newbie when we extend the arm and the opposite leg when we are balancing on the knee? I will keep going :):)

Yes, it is! We all have imbalances Suzanne, and as you get to reacquaint yourself with your muscles and moving your body you'll learn all sorts of cool things about it. Hang in there and we will work out those imbalances. Deal? 👊

Sorry, I don't and for a torn tendon you should avoid shoulder exercises until it's healed. I recommend that you see a physio (physical therapist) to help plan out your recovery.
