I do this ab workout every day....this was the video that got me off the sofa and motivated to get in shape... I love your humour - it was exactly what I needed to convince me to put my gym gear on every morning. I know you have loads of new stuff- but this is a classic for reluctant beginners 😁

Definately a beginner ab workout. And as someone that comes in one step below beginner in my 40s...this was perfect! I will stick with this video until I am ready to take it up a notch. Thank you for this stepping stone of success 🙌🥰

Always enjoy working the abs/core. This short and effective workout is the perfect compliment to a cardio or toning workout. Loved it PJ!

Loved it, too, PJ! Is it normal to be unbalanced as a newbie when we extend the arm and the opposite leg when we are balancing on the knee? I will keep going :):)

Yes, it is! We all have imbalances Suzanne, and as you get to reacquaint yourself with your muscles and moving your body you'll learn all sorts of cool things about it. Hang in there and we will work out those imbalances. Deal? 👊

Do you have exercises for a 47yr old who has a torn tendon on the right shoulder

Sorry, I don't and for a torn tendon you should avoid shoulder exercises until it's healed. I recommend that you see a physio (physical therapist) to help plan out your recovery.
