This easy circuit workout for beginners is perfect for the busy days that you still want to get your workout in.
It's a full body workout and will make you sweat in just 10 minutes.
It'll be doable for you if you've been doing the walking workouts. But if you're a beginner who hasn't exercised in months, you may struggle to finish the workouts since you're not allowed to rest between the exercises.
But remember that once you start, you're not allowed to quit. Push yourself until the end.
