okay so I'm typing this here to keep me motivated- I am a single mother and recently I found out I can no longer play with my child at the park for more than 5 minutes because I'll get completely exhausted, I've been struggling with depression for years and I am at my highest weight right now, today I decided I need to make a change for me and my baby, so here I am. Day 1, I managed to finish this whole session and I'm feeling so extremely proud of myself. I can do this. I've got this. I'm 140 kg so I am obviously completely out of breath and I'm a sweaty mess 😂 but I believe in myself, I know I'll make it. 1 week update: I'M DOING GREAT! 5.8 kilos down so far, still very motivated 😁 2 and a half weeks update: I can now do this workout without feeling like my chest's gonna come out my mouth any second! I feel so happy, I'm 10 kilos down so far and I got to fit in a sexy halloween costume 😆

I have type 2 diabetes , I almost started using injected insulin . But with your exercises, my life changed, my body has changed. Even my doctor was surprised at my change. I have been doing this workout once, sometimes 2 times a day for a week alone with a different 20min arm workout and I can see that my whole body is starting to become more toned. This really is my go to. I will update in a week from now again.

I do this workout 3 times a week and even though I know I have a long way to go someone told me it looks like I'm starting to tone up in the stomach area 😊. I even have other ladies I workout with doing this workout because it's so manageable and you still get a good sweat and burn

Just tried this for the first time on my first week in on my 170 lb weight loss journey and let me tell you. This was hard in an easy kind of way. I have not sweated this much from a 10 minute workout but I made it through to the end. Yay for getting off the office chair and working-out. Thanks for the confetti at the end. It made me celebrate a little. Haha.

Well, it appears simple but, I certainly felt the burn! After not working out for 21/2 year , I AM moving forward. I must say that I loved the relaxed atmosphere and the background music with a touch of steel pan made me feel like I was on a vacation in the Caribbean! New here, just started this one today. I’ve had two c sections in the last 6yrs. Severe DR/muscle separation. Got healed from all that. But floor ab workouts still put a lot of strain on my weak abdomen. This is perfect to get me back into it, then to the floor stuff. Thank you ❤

I’m 6’2 184 and I’m breathing harder after this than a 3 mile run/walk. Like description says I feel this not only in my abs but in my arms and legs. This was fire and I feel a better burn doing this than I do any other regular abs. Super thankful to have found this. This will be my daily HIIT CRUNCHER.
