Lovely to see a human teaching a workout. Out of breath, slightly off balance. Not edited perfection. It’s much more relatable and as a result, much more fun. Awesome workout. Ty.

Love it! Thank you! Here where I live (north of Costa Rica) is really hot all year around, but I train almost every day. Your trainings are fantastic!

Kettlebells are fun! :) The training's a killer :D I like that those exercises covers all body and I suppose one can make it at slow pace or as cardio version, change the weight - so very versatile. Thank you for the hard work there! :)

I love the kicks and lunges.. Legs on fire.. Well whole body on fire..

You make these workouts look so easy! Great job as always! Those kettlebell lunges with the kicks was the hardest due to the fact I have no balance whatsoever so I kept falling.
