Kettlebells are fun! :) The training's a killer :D I like that those exercises covers all body and I suppose one can make it at slow pace or as cardio version, change the weight - so very versatile. Thank you for the hard work there! :)

You make these workouts look so easy! Great job as always! Those kettlebell lunges with the kicks was the hardest due to the fact I have no balance whatsoever so I kept falling.
