Finally a true knee-friendly booty work out. So many of the so-called knee-friendly videos on YT had me on my knees which is exactly what hurt my knees in the first place. Thank you

thank you so much for this! i've been struggling to find knee-friendly routines and this seems like one i could actually do. i would love to see more knee-friendly/low-impact cardio routines from you :-)

you are awesome! I've never exercised consistently but I'm so glad I found your videos. ever since I did one of your apartment friendly routines, I've worked out almost every day for the past few weeks. my body already looks more toned and my mind feels a lot sharper as well. thank you so much! oh btw, in some of your videos, you add verbal instruction (e.g. breath out when lifting X). would be great to have those listed on the screen for the no-talking vids

Thank you!! I just did this workout and enjoyed it tremendously. I' m recovering from a partial torn meniscus but still need to exercise and this routine is perfect. Keep up the great work and I look forward to more knee friendly workouts. Stay safe be blessed.

Couldn't do the bridge one for knee problems, but the exercises before were so great: loved it!
