@@Seher30 hello! Ive also been doing her videos but wayy longer than 2 weeks haha. I recommend doing them alternating. Not really good for you to do the exact same routine every day. I use her extreme ab workout monday, Wednesday, friday, opposite my own plank workout tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. Really the only thing that will show results and build strength in the long run is consistency. Its going to take longer than 2 weeks (been doing this for 4 years haha; not these exact videos, but my own routines) and results to come pretty quick with consistency and dedication. Its just maintaining it and improving that makes you go the extra mile and do it for years while slowly doing harder things. I wish you luck 💕

Gosh, another killer workout!? I'm still trying to master your extreme ab workout bootcamp (15 min), today is the first day i managed to do the full 3min banana hold AND the 2 min banana hold, i still have to pause on the other exercises but am determined to get through the whole thing without flinching, just like you... one day! XD would you say this workout is just as tough as that one? tougher? just different? Also I wonder do you have any plans to bring out a similar thing for upper abs? I dare say upper abs are the easier part to work on and hence why you have a focus on the lower?

Awesome! 3min banana hold is really challenging! Congratulations on that :) I would say this one is easier. It varies more in the exercises and is shorter. You can cheat for a second or two between the exercises and make it even easier here ;) The other one has the 3 and 2 min banana holds where you have to push through. Regarding the abs question. I can do one that focuses more on the upper abs yes. You always engage your whole abs, but my exercises target the lower ones more that's true. i don't really know which one is harder or easier :/

Not millie, but personally, I think they do take some of the work off and isn't time efficient (for me!) I recommend doing the forearm ones AND do some of them without forearms if you feel like it to really hit those abs.

Do abs every day. They'll get strong and defined yes. You need to have low body fat though to be able to see them. So eating plays a huge role in having abs that are visible

No. You have to focus on the form! As with any exercise you do. Engage the core and pin your lower back to the floor at all times :)
