I love how your routines aren't rushed. Exactly what I need because I don't really enjoy the workout with fast steps which makes me feel like I'm in a competition. Meanwhile yours, I really enjoy doing it! (The burn is 🔥)

I just started doing your ab workout videos and love your slow and deliberate approach to each exercise. It really helps focus on the ab engagement and not speed, which could lead to a lot of people neglecting form as they try to keep up with someone else’ pace. Needless to say, I’m a fan and will be incorporating your videos into a free outdoor Bootcamp class i lead.

This is the 5th video I've done of Nicole's and with each one I love her more. She is so calm, real, and always verbally directs both breath and body placement. She does this so well that I usually complete her entire videos with my eyes closed, an absolute gift. She always says "I know you can do it" at the exact moment I'm struggling to continue. I am on day 18. Day 2&3 were the hardest. It gets a bit easier after that. I can see more definition. Fantastic excercises. I feel energised.

Day 1: Done. Feels good Day 2: skipped. Something important came up Day 3: Done it twice. 1 set in the morning & 1 set in the afternoon. Hey guys sorry for the late update. I stopped at day 4 cause I caught a fever for 3 days. So I decided to rest my body. For your information I started working out for 1 year and 1 mos now. I tried a lot of workout videos here on KZbin. Initial weight is 69.7 and now 53-54 my lowest weight is 52.3 ... Will restart this workout again.

I am totally in love with your ab routines 😊 abs are just like other muscle groups and you gotta have breaks in between ab exercises in order to grow( which you incorporate into your workouts)
