Needed this. Lord I come to you asking for your blessings as a single mom because I’m raising my children with courage, despite the challenges I face. Both of my sons are special needs and require so much from me. Lord give me strength as I struggle to pay my rent every month and as I struggle to buy groceries for my children I’m ashamed Lord help me. I ask that you bless me with your wisdom and guidance, as I navigate parenthood on my own.💝

Thank you❤ It helps me to move forward. I was in bad mood last night due to family issue. After meditation, I can pick myself up, affirm my value, I was reminded I need to prioritize my well being, take care of myself. I just let me emotion go, start new day. Namaste

Downloaded the calendar to keep track and continue with the 30 day meditation challenge! I was looking forward to the 10 minute but completed the 5 minute version this morning in anticipation. I have some social phobia and needed to go over to my neighbour and tell her to please turn the music quieter because I am studying, so I was full of anxiety and a bit shaking when I tried to continue learning. did this meditation and it really calmed me down. Thank you for this.💕 I did a guided meditation by Madi Morrison long ago, and at the and she says something like "bow to yourself and say thank you to yourself for taking time to meditate today. Smile to yourself"(maybe not in that order), and I always added this during this challenge because I feel this completes the meditation for me.

been a follower of you since 2022. For some personal reason, I stopped watching your videos but somehow still find myself using the day one app that you recommend. Not consistently, but I update it for some days that I'm frustrated or if something important happens to me. It helps me a lot to remember things, release my frustrations through writing my thoughts and save memories and milestones. And just by now I was so upset and currently 39 weeks preggy. I'm looking for some music or anything to relax me before I sleep and then your channel appears again. Your voice always relaxes me when i hear it. I was reminded again that meditation is a necessity for me especially for the coming challenging days. 🪻🪻 thanks to you and for always sharing positivity. God bless your kind soul.

You can add up chanting "aum” at end….meditation comes from hinduism and aum mantra from hinduism have great importance You can search web for more The process of meditation and yoga is in hindu scriptures and ancient hindu monks are practicing it since ages and chanting aum mantra is of utmost part of meditation
