I love that you only say the necessary!! Other yoga people on their videos just talk too much during the lessons and that's so distracting... But you have a great flow and a soothing voice. You only give instructions and that allows us to focus on the poses and our own practice, not being pulled out of our thoughts by useless comments or chatting! THANK YOU SO MUCH for your videos! You're awesome! 🙏

A strong judgement but I tend to agree, I respect peoples feeling of spirituality and connection when doing yoga but I prefer straight instruction and everything else left to ones self... But as he said your voice is soothing I almost sleepat the end of every video :)

LET'S BE CLEAR: Yoga is not a cure. Yoga is a supplement to a healthy lifestyle. Yes you can get into a fat burning heart rate zone, sweat, strengthen & burn ample calories with power yoga and power vinyasa yoga flows, but if you want to lose weight and practice yoga you must accompany the practice with self-care and healthy habits off the mat. Yoga can be a wonderful practice for de-stressing, connecting mind with body, improving body awareness & learning to love yourself. And guess what? You can love yourself and be a work in progress at the same time! The term "Yoga for weight loss" is a high ranking SEO term, as in it is searched a lot. I use the term to reach a wider audience to help people who are looking for a way to lose excess weight and practice yoga at the same time. I know from personal experience how that feels, as I have lost 40 & 50 lbs from both of my pregnancies and the weight didn't just melt off after. It took at least a year of focused effort, exercise, healthy eating, a mild calorie deficit and this exact type of yoga for me to lose the weight and feel strong and confident in my body. So I created these videos to meet the viewers where they are, help them along in their weight loss journey and hopefully teach them self-love, strength & mindfulness along the way. 💙

Love this yoga, 10 mins so can fit it in while the little one has her morning nap. Clear instructions so I dont have to keep looking at the screen. Soothing and relaxing voice. I can actually feel my body toning after the first session which makes me feel great and doesn't feel too hard while I'm doing it as I am an absolute beginner trying to get fit and toned after having a baby and it's great for fitting in to my busy day of being a mummy and wife. Thank you x

Please consider doing a session for those recovering from full knee replacement surgery. I have done two of your yin yoga sessions and today the 10 min and will continue with hopefully some suggested modifications for still recovering knee ( mainly sensitive to kneeling and still some swelling,is what I experience. It would be helpful to have other options for the table top pose. I know of course I just have to be patient with not doing child's pose as deeply as I could before. I did appreciate all of your adaption suggestions in the yin hip and back video. It helped a lot with the cushioning under my knee in the bent knees positions.

I love this one! It's hard to find 10-15 minute yoga videos for toning and strength that arent ridiculously hard or fast paced. Would you do another routine at this difficulty level with different moves that's like 15 mins just to mix it up?!

I just did this and let me tell you. If you’re a beginner do not do this workout. I haven’t done yoga for a while so I was rusty, but when I was just getting comfortable with making sure my form was right I was so behind I had to pause it. If you don’t know the forms or can’t comfortably do them right then make sure you are before doing this. Most of the time I had to look up and check to see if I had fallen behind because the speed was quite fast for me. However it’s a great power yoga flowing video.
