Tip for beginners: Turn the playback speed down to 0.75. I found it a lot easier to follow along the first time I did this.

This is an awsome exercise. A true fitness exercise for all ages. It helps in to improve in our daily movements n prevent falls. Simple n functional n it makes loads of sense in all the movements that teaches the body to move freely n to prevent injury as well. Am in fitness for 30 years now, ppls still don't know WHAT IS the true meaning of " FITNESS " ! Sad

Excellent workout. I am a weight lifter, and over the years I developed painful joints, a stiff neck, and stiff shoulders. This workout helped me loosen my joints and reduce the pain. I will definitely add more primal movements in my routine from now on. Thank you Kellen.

I absolutely love the movement practices from MVMT II Life. This one, I slowed down the speed to .75 to get familiar with the movements. What he shares about movement having meaning really struck me. I am listening to an audiobook "Sand Talk" by Tyson Yunkaporta, on indigneous thinking, and he makes this same connection about learning or practicing something new, a skill or whatever it is - our brain will respond when it has a connection or meaning in our life. People remember spelling of words when they know the meaning vs. just memorizing the letters. My mind and body feel so much more satisfied knowing I am building strength and mobility to create more resilience and use my body in versatile ways. Thank you M II L!

Yes, absolutely. You'll also improve mobility to reduce and rehab injuries. A mixture of movement training, strength training, and moderate aerobic activity is a solid plan. Best of luck.

Sorry the pace was too fast on this one! The best place to get started is with my beginner playlist or (even better) my free 10-day intro course that will walk you through the basics of ground movement flow. www.strengthflowfitness.com/ground-movement-101
@TurnOneYeti3 жыл бұрын
I really appreciate the content but It’s very difficult to follow along. Slow it down. Especially for beginner routines. By the time a beginner watches and analyzes what you are doing and starts practicing the movement, you’ve moved onto the next exercise. Please take the criticism as constructive.
