Yep, after 5 minutes the extreme burning pain in all the muscles in my legs definitely distracted me from any anxiety.

I live in Buenos Aires Argentina , and I have two masters in tao exercises and yoga tantrico , and meditation. But in this moment for the pandemic I practice at home and I started with Qigong practice too. Thank you for your session. It has taken me six times of doing this before I could truly stand on my toes without falling forward. My balance, which was once very good, has been off. Being in my sixties isn't easy. But my past athletic build is still with me. I just need to firm it back up. This is helping tremendously without a lot of movement.

I enjoyed this video of course for the moves & breath is offers, it does help me to feel more centered, grounded and calm. Thank you! But I also noticed and loved the background of the dramatic dark clouds that reminded me of being calm even with the anxiety of the dark clouds and threat of rain. This made me smile and appreciate! Plus the happy dogs.

Thank you! I have just begun practicing Qi Gong with an amazing teacher and I love... Yesterday 25th Dec 2022 I went hiking a mountain I do frequently but haven't hiked it in a while im good at going up the mountain and push myself up the steep parts but my breating becomes different. Well this time going up the steep hills was a breeze as I continuously kept doing Qi Gong throughout the entire hike ... deep breaths up and in the chest then exhaling into the Lowe abdamin and sinking the Qi!
