Merveilleux, Merci! Wonderful antidote to todays busy and noisy world, simple and quiet. I love Kseny's choice of piano music in her videos so far. Plus with no dialog it is easy to follow along in time with the rhythm and flow. The dance of Qigong. And her lovely smile is a wonderful reminder to smile also and enjoy.

loving it. calm, focused, precise. no distracting explanations. personally, i like the modest setup: the setting and especially the regular, western clothes ;) PS: almost the same routine as i've learned it from my first teacher, may he rest in peace.

Like the no voice. The complete fist closed then fingers opening with a roll really releases. Wise owl/hawk with full wing pointing back was different and nice and gentle. Thanks.

Very nice! The music was beautiful, but it can be difficult without instruction. For example, with the forward fold touching the feet/ground, I had to keep looking up to see when you were moving out of it and thus I was moving out of the pose to see.

You are amazing , background is awesome Wat a beautiful nature in your country , enjoy ..☀️After learning the basic Qi gong moves do you suggest that someone can change the moves or create moves by himself depending on wat the body want to do to feel mindful if you know way I mean ..ps: everytime I try to follow my breath with the moves I control it and lose it , is it ok or the breath should b naturally going for better benefits??!
@qigongwithkseny3 жыл бұрын
Hi there, thank you for taking the time to write. yes, you can pick and choose the movements depending on what your body needs at that moment. Breathing wise, if you are just getting started with practice, let go of your breaths and breathe naturally. Trying to learn a new movement, match your breath and stay relaxed may create a mental strain and you can't relax. The more you can relax at the earlier stages of your practice the better!

@qigongwithkseny Жыл бұрын
Hi, you can either keep your breath natural and relaxed without making effort to breathe a certain way. Or inhale when you open the body, exhale to close/relax

Hey Ksney. Really Enjoyed this routine but felt i couldnt get the breathing right. Any chance you could possibly put inhale/exhale word on screen during your videos?
@qigongwithkseny5 жыл бұрын
Hi T C and thank you for taking the time to comment. An easy way to learn/remember the breathing for any Qigong practice is inhale when we open/stretch/expand the body, exhale when we relax/soften/close. Inhale in through the nose, exhale out through the mouth. Keep the breath slow, soft and tension free. Once the body is relaxed, the breath will also become relaxed. I hope this helps. Keep up the good work. Best wishes,
