Hello Cindy, the workout is very good, you use a nice pace. I am 66 now and feel better after exercising with you. The Resistance Bands is really good, it is helpful how you explain how to build muscles.

Hi Cindy love your video I can do this no problem I use to do silver sneeker program I am 57 I loved silver sneeker program but the YMCA had to stop it due to to the virus I could do this at home and be safe. Well,Cindy keep up the good work and be safe.

Great video, Cindy! Just what I was looking for. Thanks! I can only do about 5 reps but that's okay for this fairly healthy 71 year old body. And I love your morning stretch sequence. Were you ever a dancer?

Hi Cindy! I couldn't find my resistant bands but I did use my 5lb weights and modified, I guess that's okay? I love working out to videos because I feel like I have someone doing the exercises with me! 😍

Madam, I have started doing Resistance bands workouts with Light and Medium bands. I would like to know how much equivalent kgs in weights are these two bands to dumbbells?

Hi Cindy, I am totally new to resistance bands workouts but am absolutely dying to try them out. I am 54 years old and from last one month have been doing thrice weekly dumbbells workouts alternatively with some cardio workout. I do not know what type of resistance bands to buy in the sports shop. Please kindly give me an idea of what type of band and how much weight band, etc, and should they have grips or handles at the end? Please please kindly reply to this queries, I would be extremely grateful. Thank you in advance.

Good for you choosing to stay healthy with your exercise. Dear Cindy, I thank you for your speedy reply. I have a couple of doubts more. First is I would like to do both dumbbells and resistance bands workouts every week. But I do only 5 days exercise per week, so how can I fit in both these exercises every week? As if I do one day dumbbells and the next day resistance band exercises, my body won't have any recovery time and you have mentioned that it takes 48 hours for the body to recover from dumbbells/resistance band exercises. Another problem is that I can't order from Amazon due to some card payment problems. So if I can find your Very Light band in the sports shop, should I buy it? Also should they have grips only, or without grips is also ok? Please kindly reply to my queries. Thank you.

Dear Cindy, you have said that at least 48 hours gap should be there between two Resistance bands workouts, my doubt is, is it okay if there be a little lesser than 48 hours time or should it be exactly 48 hours?

Dear Cindy, one more problem I am having is that I have 3 moderate to mild bulging discs in my spinal cord. So is it okay for me to do dumbbells lifting or could it worsen the problem? As if I do dumbbells, I can't stick on to only 1kg dumbbells, as they will eventually get lighter and then I have to move on to heavier weights, which could worsen the problem. So should I stick only to resistance band exercises as they might not cause my bulging discs to get worse? Please please kindly reply to this very important query. Thank you.

In my classes, we alternate by using weights one week and bands the next or do one and change every other day. The bands with handles are less likely to cut into you hands when pulling on them And yes go with the very light and purchase at Walmart or a sports store.

Hi Cindy I just discovered your videos & think they're perfect for me. However, I'm having trouble with the last part of the video when you cinch the resistance band & how to do the ending band exercises with the band in back of you. Is the band wrapped around your waist? Thank you for your help!

Hi Cindy, First I wanna say thanks for your awesome video's. I do one of each 4 days a week. So now I am gonna make a brutal question... Is it possible you make a combi video with cardio, weights, ánd resistance band? A total work out would be so nice.... And.... like your dog so much
