I want to thank you because it's due to your videos that I've blown my neurologist away. I had brain surgery 04/18/2022 and he told me it would be a year or two before I walked again, sending me into a depression and I gained almost 200 lbs. I came across your video and started to put it into place with IF (intermittent fasting). In 5 months, I've lost 50 lbs, and I'm walking again (even if I do have to use my walker). So I truly want to thank you. Sending you much loved and blessings

U ROCK Donovan!!! These are workouts you can do at home...at work in the privacy of your own office...ANYTIME! WOW! Because of a ankle injury I was unable to get around and I gained a lot of weight. This takes the pressure off my ankle and allows me to get a workout U WOULDN'T BELIEVE!!! The pounds are coming off and boosting my confidence. GOD BLESS YOU...MUCH LUV!🙏

Thank you so much! I used to weigh 360 pounds, but now I'm down to 145 🎉. But then I got really sick. I have a disease called dysautonomia, and now I can't stand up. I thought my workout days were over and it was so hard to take! But now I've found you, and I can actually still get in a powerful workout sitting down 🪑! I'm so thankful that you do this! It has renewed me. I'm so happy to be working out again!

Right leg amputee above the knee. 21 months sitting in a wheelchair healing and learning to live with one leg. April I got my prosthetic and I'm so,so out of shape and over weight. Tried many other chair workouts but they were for old ladies, but yours challenges my mind , body and soul. I want a new normal walking life with fitness at the center. Thank you for making a difference without naming any disabilities . Just chair workouts , brillant Wanda

i loved this one! used my gloved hand weights the whole time. i am healing from a torn knee ligament and bone edema so these are perfect! this one kicked my butt!

Could not use weights for upper body but I did do twisting when it came to the weights and I work the lower body

First off, NOBODY DOES chair workouts like DONOVAN GREEN FITNESS! I have tried SO MANY and just.. (gritting teeth with complete annoyance and frustration) they were AWFUL. I appreciate that there are MANY trying! And it's positive but focusing on THIS one here... AWESOME routine. VERY short and DO-able. BE WARNED this is NOT 'easy peasy' just because you're sitting down people!! HE WILL KICK YOUR Asssssssssssssssss!!!!!!! (pardon me)(oh but he will!) I DID fold in additional dumbbell work in more places than you had them (3 lb soft grips) I am sort of a lost pup at the moment in trying to see if I need greater weight... (in my hand weights!) This routine covers EVERYTHING. IF You put yourself INTO it. If you just sit there half hearted - you will STILL get a workout. BUT - That old saying you GET what you PUT into it. If you can REALLY focus ON what you are doing and put yourself INTO the workout - you will feel like you did an hour long badass workout!! LOL OH MY GAWSH IT WAS AWESOME!!!! I've been stuck working out in chairs lately (injured foot and back issues) struggling and wanting to hurl shoes and bricks at the TV for the insane amount of BAD chair workouts.. then there was Donovan....*awesome* SO SO awesome! I am just about to get ready to do this and try another today (YESTERDAY I did this for the first time.. AFTER I mistakenly did 2 other chair workouts.. OMG never again, DONE looking!) Thank you!! omg... happy tears... LOL 😂😂😂
