This is the 10-Min Qigong Massage Daily Routine.
Practicing this Qigong will help you to Relax, Rest and Release Tensions of Your Body; Let Go of Worries, Anxieties and Heal Your Mind.
You can apply this routine 10 minutes in the morning, or in the afternoon during Exercise Time. It is wonderful to take a break from internet, computer, and devices to enjoy this massage movements exercise.
