Love everything about this. It's short but sweet, you give breath-based instruction, the background is so gorgeous, the quality great, amazing demonstration... I love your yoga tutorials so much 😭😍😍 hope you and bub are well 💕💕

Hi Ashley... I’d just like to say ‘hello ‘ ... I’m a 62 year old woman living way over the other side of the world in Cornwall in the U.K. I’m recovering from cancer treatment and am loving your channel . I have done a little yoga practice in the past and am now trying to follow along with your more gentle routines . Thank you so much for sharing them and for sharing your energy. Namaste xx

Hello, It's very good for beginners of yoga. I started yoga about 5 months ago. Today I just started doing Vinyasa for the first time. I'm so happy. It's really fun. Thank you. (Sorry if my English is not good but I really want to comment to thank you.)

After losing the rythm to practise yoga for a month or more, I started again this week! Very happy with all your videos! A good motivation to hold on to practise yoga.

Thanks for your gentle yoga videos. I had 2 knee meniscus surgeries last year. Still recovering from 2nd surgery so happy to have a gentle routine while healing!
