I've got a 10-minute "no repeat" ab workout which means you won't do the same exercise twice! I've got a variety of exercises that are going to hit your abs and torch your cardio :)
This workout is in a 30-15 format, so get after it!

1) Bird Dog
2) Reach Forward Plank
3) Sit Through
4) Mountain Climbers
5) Toe Touches
6) V Sit Holds
7) Jumping Jacks
8) Run In Place
9) Leg Raise To Hip Up
10) Alternating Leg Raise
11) Flutter Kicks
12) Squat jumps
13) Scissor Jacks
