30 seconds can seem like an eternity if you're stretching the right way! Another series of great stretches Dean, much appreciated and needed

The wall cat cow pose is intense but in a good way though 👍

Hi Dean .. I have a rotating cuff condition that won't go away , particularly painful at night. These shoulder excercises are helping but still getting pain. Great yoga program ! Kul

Love it Dean ... great poses for stretch after being on a chair working in front of a computer for 9 hours hahaha. Thanks again for share your work with us.

Your first two exercises seem to assume full flexibility of arms and shoulders but I can't lift my arms more than 45° in front of me and no amount of stretching, physio etc had ever heled with this, ie nowhere near able to lift straight above my head. Any suggestions? Thanks a lot

Awesome, that's great to hear. For the best result, try doing yoga 3x a week.
