I talk to God when I do yoga and give Him all the glory for healing me. It makes it 100 percent more meaningful because I receive His love which helps me accept the things I cannot change.

Wow... I was very irritated/angry when I started this video, and by the end I was smiling with relief! Thank you for acknowledging that humans are special in the way that we experience many emotions throughout a single day... it really put a lot of things into perspective for me! thank you :)

I feel like this practice hits all the beats : evacuate negative tension, then focus the mind on some challenging but achievable movement, then relax and let down. Great stuff, i will definitely come back to this one.

I woke up with my anxiety ready to get the best of me I said not today came to my mat and found this practice. The clearing of my energy field and reminding myself it’s ok not to be ok was what I needed. Thank you Bird🥰. I’m off to what will be a wonderful day🥰
