Hello sir...is weight training, cardio an hr a day along with diet is enough? And do we need to break sedentary life style? Or apart from exercise we need physical activity or movement for fat loss

Master, I am 100 kgs now, i am doing strength training in morning with 5 days split. I am not doing any cardio. Trying to walk at evening for 10 to 15 mins. Diet oru 80% i am following My goal is to reduce fat with muscle gain Do i need to add cardio in the cycle?
