Gabisa bro, tinggi badan seseorang sebagian besar dipengaruhi oleh Growth Hormone dan sisanya genetik. Olahraga teratur bisa menstimulasi Growth Hormone yg bisa membantumu tambah tinggi 😁 apalagi kalo masih dalam masa pertumbuhan. Tidak ada olahraga/latihan khusus atau obat yg bisa menambah tinggi badan, tapi tidak ada salahnya berolahraga banyak manfaatnya kok!

Saya sudah sikiping rutin selama hampir 1 tahun. Tinggi badan nambah ga signifikan tp celana naik jadi ngatung. Hehe umur udah 31
