My heart skipped a beat when I saw Derrick Lewis taking off his gloves last night, but a sigh of relief when he threw them in the crowd. I honestly wouldn't have been mad at him, he's not young, and doesn't have a realistic title opportunity. But I still want to see him fight a few more times.

This has nothing to do with anything in particular, but every weekend I’ll sell roughly $175-$200 in gas to Henry. Dude does not make small talk whatsoever. Doesn’t like being called sir, and just wants to buy his gas and get the hell out of the store immediately. But weirdly enough, does not want to, or ever will insert his card into the card readers at the pumps. Always gonna be like that in combat sports, it's different in traditional team sports because there's a season, you have to sign a contract with a team to play for them. Takes more planning. It's not like MLB or NBA players never come out of retirement, but for fighters, you can just say you're retired and agree to a fight and come out any time you want.
